A Charlotte native, I have a unique insight into the most desirable areas, whether a client is interested in country living or urban luxury.   Licensed in both North and South Carolina, my approach is consistently discrete and professional.  Whether a client is moving across town or is new to the area, I understand their challenges.

In addition to my expertise as a Christie’s Luxury Specialist, I am exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced with equestrian properties, estates and farms.  As a lifelong equestrienne with experience in designing and building equestrian properties, I am driven to assist others achieve their goals and dreams when transitioning in the countryside. 

Utilizing three decades of experience as a professional on the global financial markets platform and nearly five decades in client relations, I am an expert forward-thinking strategist and pricing analyst with a keen understanding of micro/macro markets and advertising trends.  Most importantly, I listen to each client’s individual needs and desires to achieve a successful transition for them.

Having lived in three countries, travelled to over 36 countries multiple times and worked on six continents, I have paired this extensive travel and business experience to deliver a unique approach to the home listing/buying/selling/investing process.  Working with Ivester Jackson Christie’s International Real Estate is a perfect platform to serve clients at the level of professionalism and expertise my clients deserve, providing them the best firm representation, marketing opportunities, negotiating capabilities and luxury service.  I appreciate clients trusting me with their valuable real estate assets and I always endeavour to exceed their expectations, whether buying, selling or investing. 

Prior to joining Ivester Jackson Christie's International Real Estate, I worked in the London, England financial market in various capacities with Bear Stearns, Barclays deZoett Wedd and British Petroleum Money Market.  Returning to the USA,  I served as a licensed Investment Advisor with Prudential Securities in the Charlotte market until an opportunity in Geneva, Switzerland presented itself.  I remained in Geneva for two years and ultimately returned to Charlotte.  Upon returning, I formed and presided over Alpha Management Group (AMG), an SCorp.  Through this new entity,  I co-produced and represented the business of 3 documentary productions filmed in South Africa that were commissioned to National Geographic.  The film work received international recognition and awards, prompting an invitation to Beijing from the Chinese government where my co-producer and I collaborated with natural history experts and scientists, China Central Television and the South African Ambassador.  AMG also served as consultant to a Swiss human rights organization which brought me to working in Sudan during the civil war and subsequent Darfur genocide.  This work also allowed me to host donors of the work to Sudan and also to the organization’s work in Peru.  Additionally, AMG further expanded into the sector of alternative financial risk management.  

Giving back to the broader community has always been important.  Having served on the board of directors of a number of charities and non-profits, including World Affairs Council Charlotte, and CSI-USA, I am a longstanding board member of Darfur Peace and Development Organization (since  its founding in 2004) and also serve on the board of directors for Sub-Sahari University College in Darfur, Sudan.
